Welcome to Wool Forever. By using our website and purchasing our custom needle felted pet portraits, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Wool Forever. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Reasons for declining may include: photos that are too low quality to produce an acceptable portrait, subject matter outside our area of expertise, or scheduling constraints.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once an order is placed, the price at the time of order applies
  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins on your portrait
  • The remaining balance is due before the portrait is shipped
  • Payment is processed securely through our designated payment provider

3. Photo Submissions

By submitting photos to Wool Forever, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them
  • You grant Wool Forever a limited license to use the photos for the purpose of creating your portrait
  • You understand that the quality of the final portrait depends significantly on the quality of the photos provided

4. Artistic Interpretation

Needle felted pet portraits are handmade art pieces, not photographic reproductions. While we strive for the highest level of realism and accuracy, some artistic interpretation is inherent in the medium. Our pre-shipment approval process allows you to review and request revisions before final delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Our full cancellation and refund policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Key points:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: full refund minus $25 admin fee
  • After work has begun: deposit is non-refundable
  • We provide free revisions if the portrait does not meet your satisfaction

6. Intellectual Property

Wool Forever retains the copyright to all portraits created, including the right to photograph and display finished work in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials. Customers receive ownership of the physical portrait. If you wish to keep your portrait private, please inform us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wool Forever’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the portrait. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
